Camelot Tea Legends: Terms of Use

These terms are an agreement between you and Studio H, a DBA of House Heath LLC ("Studio H", "we", "us") for the game Camelot Tea Legends ("the game"). By playing, you accept them. If you are under the age of majority where you live, a parent or guardian must agree to these terms for you. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle information.

1. Licence

We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and play the game on devices you own or control, for non-commercial use, in line with these terms and the rules of the store you downloaded it from (including Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement). You may not copy, sell, reverse engineer, or modify the game, or use cheats, bots or exploits to get around how the game or its purchases work.

2. Virtual items and purchases

Gold, gems, scrolls, heroes, skins, passes and other virtual content are a limited licence to use them in the game. They have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money, and cannot be transferred or sold outside the game.
Purchases are made through the App Store or Google Play and follow their payment and refund rules. Contact Apple or Google for refunds. Prices and what each item gives are shown before you buy.
Nothing in the game renews automatically. The Royal Tea Subscription and Quest of the Season last for the period shown, and you choose whether to buy them again.
Passes, festivals and timed offers last for the period shown. We may change or retire virtual content. If we remove a paid item you bought, we will try to give a fair replacement where the law requires.
The Royal Seal is a one-time purchase. Use "Restore purchases" in the game to recover it on a new device. Gems and other items you have already received are part of your save (section 3).

3. Your save

The game has no accounts or cloud saves. Your progress, including items you bought, is stored only on your device. It can be lost if you erase your save, delete the game, or lose your device. You can copy a save code in Settings to keep a copy or move your progress to another device. Keep your save code private, as anyone with it can load your progress. We cannot recover a save that was lost.

4. Tea codes

A tea code printed in a Camelot Tea Company order unlocks an in-game gift. Each code can be used once per save, has no cash value, and cannot be exchanged for money. We may change the gifts codes give in a future update.

5. Ads

The game shows only optional rewarded ads, which you choose to watch. Ads are provided by third parties, and we are not responsible for advertisers' content or sites.

6. Changes and ending the service

We may update the game and these terms. We will post changes here and, if a change is significant, tell you in the game. Continuing to play means you accept the updated terms. We may stop offering or updating the game, giving reasonable notice where possible.

7. Disclaimers

The game is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind to the extent the law allows. We do not promise that it will be error-free or always available, or that progress can never be lost.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Studio H is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost data or progress. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the game and in-game purchases in the 12 months before the claim. Some places do not allow these limits, so they may not apply to you. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer that cannot be waived.

9. Apple

These terms are between you and Studio H, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the game, its maintenance or support, or any claims about it. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them. You confirm that you are not in a country under a US government embargo and are not on a US government list of prohibited or restricted parties.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where the law of your country of residence gives you rights that cannot be waived.
