Hollowmere: Cozy Witch Farm: Terms of Use

These terms are an agreement between you and Studio H ("we", "us") for the game Hollowmere: Cozy Witch Farm ("the game"). By playing, you accept them. If you are under the age of majority where you live, a parent or guardian must agree to these terms for you. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle information.

1. Licence

We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and play the game on devices you own or control, for non-commercial use, in line with these terms and the rules of the store you downloaded it from (including Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement). You may not copy, sell, reverse engineer, or modify the game, or use cheats, bots or exploits that harm the game or other players.

2. Virtual items and purchases

• Coins, gems, items, passes and other virtual content are a limited licence to use them in the game. They have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money, and cannot be transferred or sold outside the game.
• Purchases are made through the App Store or Google Play and follow their payment and refund rules. Contact Apple or Google for refunds.
• Subscriptions (such as Coven Membership) renew automatically until cancelled in your store account settings at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Prices and benefits are shown before you buy.
• Passes and timed offers last for the period shown. We may change or retire virtual content. If we remove a paid item you bought, we will try to give a fair replacement where the law requires.
• Use "Restore purchases" in the game to recover one-time purchases on a new device.

3. Online features and community rules

Friends, farm visits, gifts, likes and community events are provided as-is and may change or be unavailable at times. When you use them, you agree not to:

• choose a farm name, or design a farm, that is offensive, hateful, sexual, threatening, or that shares personal information (such as a real name, address, phone number or social media handle);
• impersonate others, harass players, or abuse the report button;
• attempt to access other players' accounts or data, or interfere with the service.

You can report or block any farm. We review reports and may hide names, remove content, or suspend online access for anyone who breaks these rules. You keep any rights you have in your farm name and design, and you give us the licence needed to store and display them to other players while you use the online features.

4. Accounts

Online features use an account created automatically on your device, which you can link with Sign in with Apple (13 and over). You are responsible for activity on your account. You can delete your account at any time in Settings → Account. Unlinked progress kept only on your device can be lost if you delete the game or lose your device.

5. Ads

The game shows only optional rewarded ads, which you choose to watch. Ads are provided by third parties, and we are not responsible for advertisers' content or sites.

6. Changes and ending the service

We may update the game and these terms. We will post changes here and, if a change is significant, tell you in the game. Continuing to play means you accept the updated terms. We may suspend or end the game or its online features, giving reasonable notice where possible.

7. Disclaimers

The game is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind to the extent the law allows. We do not promise that it will be error-free or always available, or that progress can never be lost.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Studio H is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost data or progress. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the game and in-game purchases in the 12 months before the claim. Some places do not allow these limits, so they may not apply to you. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer that cannot be waived.

9. Apple

These terms are between you and Studio H, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the game, its maintenance or support, or any claims about it. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them. You confirm that you are not in a country under a US government embargo and are not on a US government list of prohibited or restricted parties.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where the law of your country of residence gives you rights that cannot be waived.
