SEVENFOLD: The Broken Seal: Privacy Policy
1. Who we are
SEVENFOLD: The Broken Seal ("Sevenfold", "the game") is made by Studio H, a DBA of House Heath LLC ("Studio H", "we", "us"). Studio H is responsible for the information described here. Contact us at developer@studiohgames.com.
2. Information we handle
2.1 Stored only on your device
- Saves: your three save slots, the autosave and their backup copies, including your party, items, story progress, play time and chosen difficulty.
- Settings: options such as battle mode and speed, text size, volumes, accessibility options and button remapping.
This information stays inside the app on your device. It is never sent to us or to anyone else. Deleting the app deletes it.
2.2 What the game does not do
- It does not connect to the internet to play, and it has no accounts, sign-in, cloud save, friends, chat or leaderboards.
- It contains no advertising, analytics or crash-reporting software, and it does not use the advertising identifier or ask for tracking permission.
- It has no in-app purchases. If you buy the game, the purchase is handled by the store you buy it from, such as Steam or the App Store, under that store's own privacy policy, and we never see your payment details.
- It does not send notifications and does not ask for access to your contacts, photos, location, camera or microphone.
2.3 Support emails
If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you choose to include, such as your device, the build number or a screenshot. We use it only to reply and fix the problem.
2.4 Information from Apple
Apple may share aggregated, anonymous information with developers, such as sales figures and, if you have agreed to share it with app developers in your device settings, crash reports. This is controlled by Apple and your device settings, not by the game.
3. How we use information
We use support emails only to answer you, fix problems and improve the game. We do not sell personal information, we do not share it for advertising, and we do not build profiles.
Legal bases (EU/UK): our legitimate interest in answering your request, and legal obligations.
4. Sharing
We do not share your information, except where the law requires it or to protect someone's safety. Our email is provided by a service provider that stores messages for us. If Studio H is ever involved in a merger or sale, this policy will continue to apply to your information.
5. Children
Sevenfold is aimed at teens and adults, and it collects no personal information from anyone, including children. If a child under 13 emails us, we use the message only to reply and then delete it. A parent or guardian can ask us to delete any message at developer@studiohgames.com.
6. How long we keep information
- Saves and settings stay on your device until you overwrite them or delete the app.
- Support emails are kept only as long as we need them to help you, and never more than 24 months.
7. Your choices and rights
- Saves: overwrite a save slot in the game, or delete the app to remove everything.
- Access, correction, deletion, objection: depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR, the UK GDPR, or US state laws such as the CCPA/CPRA), you may have these rights for any email you sent us. Email us to use them; we will respond within the time the law requires. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.
- California: we do not sell or share personal information.
8. International transfers
Studio H is based in the United States. If you email us from elsewhere, your message is handled in the United States.
9. Security
Your saves never leave your device. We protect support emails with access controls. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information.
10. Changes
If a future update adds anything that handles information differently, we will update this policy first, post it here and update the effective date. If a change is significant, we will tell you in the game.
